An amazing book which would make you realize the importance of "Sanatan Dharma". This was practized for centuries by our ancestors but today we are deviating from it in the name of science which has considered human as a consumer. The above statement pretty much answers to all your questions as to why this Earth is in a mess

A comparison of our ancestors at this juncture is inevitable.

“We ourselves will be responsible to our annihilation”. How true is that considering the present scenario we are facing/undergoing…

Matsya Purana says 100 sons = 1 tree. Look at the kind of importance our ancestors had given to Mother Nature. Where are we now?

As far as the book is concerned, it is divided into five parts namely:

1. Waste Culture Of Science

2. Vaidik Aarya and Sanatan Culture

3. Nature In Sanatan Culture

4. Sanatan Jeevan Darshan and

5. Challenges Of The Modern World

Each of them has sub topics which were explained in detail with great precision. This book, according to me should also be included as a part of syllabus/curriculum wherever it is appropriate since we as well as the future generation should know the great history our ancestors have built which has been erased from our memories meticulously by those who never wanted all these information to be available to the public as the very existence of other beliefs may be shaken but the truth is, as we all know, Sanatan Dharma is a Universal Phenomenon/Dharma which preaches the good things without demeaning other beliefs but at the same time, uphold the righteousness of Hinduism.

Do you know?

The mighty Indus River was mentioned only after River Saraswati (in terms of prominence)

Why is River Saraswati believed to be meeting River Ganga & River Yamuna at their confluence?

Isaac Newton never considers himself a scientist. An interesting point to note here is “Nature can be better understood with the help of philosophy than science”

Some beings are Food for us and we are Food for someone else - Virus and others.

Everything is useful in nature whereas the stuff produced by science becomes waste or obsolete at some point in time. Don’t you agree?

A human is a commodity for science. Nature exist for the comfort of human beings. It ridicules traditions and beliefs which existed for thousands of years.

Nature = Divine (in Sanatan Culture)

Global Warming, Occurrence of El-Nino were a serious warning for us in destroying the nature which may eventually end up in our extinction.

Have we not seen as to how the need of oxygen concentrators has increased in the recent days and also the use of air purifier system at home and some already started selling purified oxygen in cans?

Trees were worshipped in Santan culture.

Why was killing of cow, a barbaric/brutal one? It gives us milk. It is equal to a mother who feeds her baby. Would you ever kill your mother? Those who eat beef should ask this question themselves to retrospect - if they think they are perfect in all aspects because you fail here, miserably. Again this should not be labelled as a religious belief but the reason behind this should make you think and react, if you’re a human and has Six senses.

How did Shiv Ling evolve has been described well in detail.

Shiva - Rudra - MahaKaala (all are one). Creator and Destructor.

Vaidik Aaryas worshipped natural powers. Hence you won’t find the present form of Gods in Harappan/Indus Valley civilisations.

Are Aryans foreigners? Author firmly says NO as there are no claims with evidences to prove it. They created Vedas in India. He also gives various references to establish this fact.

No mementos or symbols from their purported homeland(if they were foreigners) were discovered yet.

How easy it is for some outsiders to displace the major civilisation like India back then? These are the questions one should ask. In my personal opinion, this was devised just to conduct petty politics and nothing else…

These references used by author along with his arguments shows how well read and informed, he is, in the subject. Accolades to him.

Why Hindu is a Vaidik word?

Why is it called Religion of Experiences?

When you finish reading this book, you would feel proud, if you’re a Hindu & if you’re from other religion, you would know what this “Way of Life” is all about…

The importance of rivers, lakes, wells and ocean were described really well. Their significance in the life of our ancestors and the roles they played and their present state would make anyone feel emotional and shed tears.

I can keep writing about this book since this is full of information with valid points and arguments to counter misinformation and false claims. I am stopping here but not forget to mention that I have become a huge fan of the author for his sheer knowledge and presenting the content in such an interesting manner. If you want to read a sensible book which does not exaggerate and mislead you, this is the right pick for you….
