This is one of the finest self-help books I have read in recent days. There are no rocket signs for anyone to lead a happy life. How can one achieve it? The answer(s) lies in this book.

Through simple yet effective wordings, it made me realize that happiness is only a step away. One need not have to undergo a tapas or penance to make it their own. What was even more appealing was the inclusion of some of the real stories that had happened in the author's life. I was deeply saddened when I came across one particular incident wherein the author had lost his own son and he thought he was the reason behind it.

The above-mentioned incident and the incident which was mentioned in the forgiveness chapters brought teardrops to my eyes. Then there are other aspects that were expressed effectively which clearly showed that doing a few simple things can bring abundant happiness in our lives.
