A
graduate from IHM PUSA New Delhi; majoring in skills of menu engineering, food
production, cost management, plating and much more; mastering the art of
western cuisine and patisserie.
With
over 8 years of experience in the hospitality industry, starting as an
Operational Trainee to the second in command at Courtyard Chennai. She has
worked in various brand such as Novotel, IBIS, Holiday Inn, Shangri-La and
trained under experts to growing exponentially as a leader and co-managing the
culinary team, inventory management, maintain hygiene standards, guest
satisfaction and create innovative menus.
Apart
from curating gastronomic master eats, Pallavi love to sketch and an ardent
reader during her free time.
We
are also having chef’s special of the day along with our buffet - a 6 day fare;
giving our patrons a new experience crafted by the newest chef to satisfy the
cravings of our regular guests and attract a new class of refined patrons. To
name a few specialties such as ‘Stuffed Chicken Breast with Mushroom’,
