The funding was led by Kalaari Capital, Hero and Samarthya, with participation from SVAS, Sigma, Zetwerk founder - Srinath, Sanjiv Rangrass, and others.
Founded in 2018 out of IIT Madras by Shreeram Ravichandran and P Gobinath, Modulus Housinghas grown from a bootstrapped venture into a profitable business with cumulative revenue exceeding ₹ 200 crores. The company’s operating revenue increased 38% to INR 54 Cr in FY24 from INR 39 Cr in the previous fiscal year. Modulus’ vision is to create a new category of infrastructure designed for speed, engineered for scale, and built for the low-rise buildings segment.
