Staycation Experience in Mercure, Sriperumbudur

The 100 room property is a perfect weekend getaway. The property is located in such a location that it is easily accessible from 4 main areas namely:


1) Chennai - 40 kms approx
2) Sriperumbudur - 11 kms
4) Chengalpet - 20 kms
3) Kancheepuram - 30 kms &



Airport is around 45 minutes drive and another travel destination Mahabalipuram is also reachable in an hour's drive. So, if you are planning to visit any of these places, especially Kancheepuram for temple or for purchasing Silk Sarees, this place would be a perfect stopover.
The best part is, there is no other better hotels in the vicinity. The property is located just next to Apollo Tyres/Renault Nissan. There are lot of other companies in the vicinity.
The property has a vast land adjacent to it where there grow the plantations which includes papaya, drumstick, herbs etc., They are served to the customers based on their request.
The property has a swimming pool which is 4 feet deep. It has no guards. So, if you’re coming with the kid, please ensure you supervise them. There is a wash & dress changing room facility as well close to the pool.

They have Melange & Hybrid restaurants where you could get various cuisine ranging from English, Indian, Italian, Continental & South Asian cuisine. I saw lot of expats in the property. They were thoroughly enjoying their stay. I was told that they keep changing the cuisine in order to ensure that the menu does not become a boredom which is a welcoming one. They also have banquet halls. This could accommodate 120 pax. The hall could be split into two. There is also a Board Room which is suitable for smaller meetings which can hold upto 10 pax. he best part is, for board room meetings, the rates are flexible and is charged on an hourly basis. There is also a gym. If you are a fitness freak, this is something you wouldn't want to miss to hit in the early morning or by evening.

There is enough space to park your vehicles. It is off the State Highway and hence free from noise & pollution :)
