A stunning book. This is a collection of 100 quotes that starts with a bang "You cannot create a quote. You have to live through a situation to pour experience into one".

This sets your expectations right from the very beginning. Each and every quote is bang on. I am saying not only as a reviewer but also as a person who has experienced some of them in my own life.

Each and every quote would make yourself retrospect. You may not have come across all of them but for sure, most of them. Though the author isn't a philosopher, the way the content is given, will make you think that he is one.

For a better understanding and grasping, I would suggest you to read only a few quotes in a day and not all of them in one go. I have liked most of the quotes but would like to give a few which had a deep effect on my mind and thought.

An employee deserves to be a boss only when he starts finding fault with himself

Learn to accept what you don't expect

Not Knowing is not a weakness, but not admitting it, certainly is

Insecurity is the result of comparison

Belief comes from your own experience and not someone else's

Identify the cause, the remedy will follow

Mistakes are fuel for thought

As you could see, each and every quote is so strong and powerful that you could very well relate to your work life, personal life and what not?

Author has hit the bull's eye straight rather than beating around the bush.

A perfect gifting option to a book lover and if you are a book lover yourself, you should certainly consider about gifting this to yourself :-)
