Obviously YES without which this story wouldn’t be there 😅
The author has gone deep into the everyday happenings. The mere mention of Idlies, Pongal & Vadai would awaken your taste buds.
When they managed to activate the device, they are taken back to Thirukostiyur. The year was 1912.
They then get transported to various places which are spread across various years. I am not mentioning all of them as it would mean revealing the entire storyline. All I can say is, you would feel the time travel being undertaken by yourself and when you feel that way, you would understand the actual situation these protagonists were in. They travel across India which includes Shillong on one end, Mangalore on the other.
There was one small glitch here. How did they pay across various timelines since they may not be having old currency dating back to the 19th or 20th century but that is not a point of concern? It’s not a major concern here :)
The story is all about the time machine which is combined with the wisdom of Vikram aur Bedhal. This fantasy story will keep you hooked till the end. I liked the way the narration was done since it had some great imagination which is a perfect fit for kids who would like reading this book for sure.
Last but not the least, the story doesn't end in this book. That is the speciality. When you read it, you will understand as to what makes this fantasy novel, a special one.
