As part of this collaboration, B-Square has successfully implemented its cutting-edge 5th Generation Pothera ERP software, empowering Alpine with enhanced automation, real-time insights, and seamless process integration. This strategic partnership highlights Alpine’s commitment to leveraging advanced technology to optimize workflows, enhance productivity, and ensure long-term business sustainability.


Earlier, Alpine opted for B-Square's Intact ERP to consolidate data, improve visibility across departments, and address operational inefficiencies. However, with technological advancements and the increasing complexity of business demands, the company migrated to Pothera ERP, a state-of-the-art cloud ERP solution by B-Square.

Initially, Alpine faced challenges such as tracking inventory across multiple states, handling centralized procurement with decentralized receipts, and managing geographically distributed depots. Additionally, the complexity of tax computation and profitability analysis across diverse product lines posed significant hurdles. To overcome these challenges, Alpine adopted B-Square’s specialized modules for Sales, Purchase, Inventory, and Finance within Pothera ERP, enabling seamless integration across departments. This transition provided real-time data insights, improved financial traceability, and a centralized solution to manage business operations efficiently, ultimately enhancing decision-making and optimizing resource utilization.
