Khandani Rajdhani welcomes monsoon with Varshotsav and new additions

Khandani Rajdhani, India’s iconic vegetarian thali restaurant and a cherished part of the country’s culinary landscape for over four decades, proudly announces the launch of its annual monsoon festival Varshotsav. Taking place across all outlets from June 20th to July 20th, 2025, this limited-time celebration brings together the warmth of the season and the timeless comfort of traditional Indian fare.

A name synonymous with hospitality, nostalgia, and soulful food, Rajdhani has been serving families across generations, creating memories over countless thalis. With Varshotsav, the brand honours the deep emotional connection Indians share with monsoon, a season where simple pleasures like a bowl of hot khichdi can evoke memories of home, family, and heartfelt conversations.

Aji Nair, CEO of Mirah Hospitality & Gourmet Solutions Pvt. Ltd shared, “As a brand with a 40-year legacy, we understand that food is much more than sustenance; it's a connection to our roots, our families, and our fondest memories. Varshotsav celebrates that emotion through every serving, reminding our patrons of the warmth of home during the most nostalgic season of the year.”

As part of its annual Varshotsav celebrations, Rajdhani presents a specially curated rotating menu that celebrates the diversity and comfort of India’s beloved khichdi. Prepared using traditional recipes and premium regional ingredients, the menu features flavourful variations such as Cheesy Hari Bhari Khichdi, Rajwadi Khichdi, Vaghareli Khichdi, and the bold Spicy Kathiyawadi Khichdi each served with classic accompaniments like curd, papad, and pickle. Adding to the festive indulgence, Rajdhani is also introducing a few exciting new items to the menu Paneer Pakora, Cheese Corn Balls, Chilli Jalebi, and more, offering guests a richer, more vibrant thali experience that perfectly captures the warmth and nostalgia of the monsoon season

With its signature manwar (royal hospitality) and flavour-packed thalis, Khandani Rajdhani invites guests to slow down, savour the season, and relive the joy of monsoon with Varshotsav.
