Press Release- P.F. Chang's Introduces Chang's Cravings: A New Way to Eat, Guided by How You Feel | New Menu Launch

July, India: P.F. Chang's, one of the world’s most recognized American Pan-Asian destinations, today launched a seasonal menu - the Chang's Cravings. Delivering an exquisite palate to customers for their unique cravings, the special menu will be available at all PF Chang restaurants across India from today to September.

Chang's Cravings organizes the restaurant's expansive menu into five flavor-led profiles; Sweet, Spicy, Savory, Umami, and a mixture of Swavory; each built around a feeling rather than a food category. It is a whole new way for customers to indulge in their PF Chang favorites.

Rohan Pewekar - CEO, Gourmet Investments Hospitality Group (GIHG), said, "At GIHG we are all about our customers and are therefore always innovating to deliver a better experience to them as they indulge in our exquisite cuisine. In line with this commitment, the new Chang's Cravings menu is designed basis extensive research through which we have profiled our customers for flavors they prefer.  This enables them, both our existing and new customers, to intuitively discover their craving centric delicacies intuitively while they experience P.F. Chang's in a way that feels personal and approachable."

Chang’s Cravings removes any and every complexity and friction customers may have when trying to decide their order. Guests can easily begin with the flavor they’re craving, from the Spicy profile featuring Ring of Fire Shrimp and Burnt Chili Hakka Noodles, to Savory with Handmade Dumplings and Pepper Steak, Umami with The Original Dynamite Shrimp and Chang’s Chicken Lettuce Wraps, Sweet with Orange Chicken, and Swavory [EW1] [EW2] with Mongolian Tenderloin, making it easier to discover P.F. Chang’s signature dishes.

The profiles are a guide, not a rule. Many of P.F. Chang's most beloved dishes are layered enough to sit across more than one category. Dynamite Shrimp, for instance, carries both a bold umami depth and a quiet sweetness. It’s the kind of dish that is almost impossible to describe in a single word and impossible to stop ordering.

The Five Profiles

The Swavory profile is where P.F. Chang's shines most - the Hot & Sour Soup, Orange Chicken, Chili Smoked Fried Rice, and VIP Duck all live here. The Spicy profile is for those who want heat with intention: Chang's Noodle Soup, Kung Pao Tofu, Veggie Chili Oil Dumplings, and the Thai Red curries each deliver warmth with distinct character. The Umami profile draws in the Chang's Chicken Lettuce Wraps, Chicken in Black Bean Sauce, and Dynamite Shrimp, dishes where fermented sauces, slow-cooked proteins, and layered seasoning do the quiet, satisfying work. Savory rounds out the heartier end of the menu, with Handmade Dumplings, Pepper Steak, and Thai Chili Basil Greens. And Sweet closes things the way a meal at P.F. Chang's deserves to close- with the Great Wall of Chocolate or one of the artisanal gelatos in Thai Milk Tea or Taro.

Jerry Thomas, Culinary Head at P.F. Chang's said: "The five flavor profiles reflect the tastes guests naturally gravitate towards: Sweet, Spicy, Savory, Umami, and Sweet & Savory. Chang's Cravings helps simplify menu discovery by guiding guests towards dishes that match what they are in the mood for."

P.F. Chang's has long been the kind of place that works for everyone at the table- the occasion dinner and the weekday unwind, the first date and the family birthday. Chang's Cravings is an extension of that instinct. It acknowledges that not every guest arrives with deep familiarity with Asian cuisine, and that a restaurant which genuinely wants to welcome people does not make them feel like they should. The new framework makes the experience more personal without making it more complicated.

With 10 outlets now across the country, P.F. Chang's brings Chang's Cravings to every one of its India locations from June through September 2026.
