Book Review - Sri Sampann

Title - Sri Sampann Author - Shri Rampuria Genre - Self Help(Business) Publisher - Sparrow Publication ISBN - 978-81-89140-87-8 There are lot of books out there which talks about how to earn money but hardly there is any which talks about preserving it. This is one of those books which talks about lot of aspects - spiritual or otherwise. The facts that were mentioned in the books were of natural occurrence and not something which has to be done out of the way. I loved the cover of the book to start with. It had Lotus blooms which is a symbol of prosperity. While we concentrate mostly on earning, what do we do to deserve it or most importantly, use it in the righteous manner is something we lack. The book talks about lot of aspects like Opulence, Happiness, Splendour, Grace, Joy, Zest, Success and Goodness. I can say the book has a pointer for each of us. I review restaurants and there is a message even for me. In Page 65 , author mentions about how paying a restauran...

Title - Redefining Comfort Food with Amit Puri Author - Amit Puri Genre - Food & Drink / Culinary Arts Publisher - The Write Place ISBN - 978-93-89058-33-8 A brilliant book which would make you fall in love with it, over and over again. I have heard a lot about Amit Puri. As soon as I came to know that he is releasing his own book, I did not give a second thought and grabbed it almost instantly.  Loved the book for the following reasons: 1. Content 2. Make 3. Finish This can be delved deeper. The content is extra ordinary - though some of the food recipes may have been familiar to you. The make of the book is simply luxurious. For the price you pay, you can definitely feel contended with the content coupled with quality of the book. The finish. The book has lot of attractive pictures. These pictures were shot so intricately that you would feel like cooking them as soon as you have finished reading the book. Of course, author has talke...

Book Review - War Of Secrets

Title - War Of Secrets Author - Kumar Nishant Genre - Fiction(Sci-Fi) Publisher - White Falcon Publishing ISBN - 978-93-89530-81-0 This is a short novel but nevertheless, the content is captivating and gripping. I felt happy because after a long gap, I could see an Indian author attempting to write a novel based on Science Fiction. By the time you realized that you have spent some time, the novel is already over. I loved the writing style of the author which is fresh. His approach is simple - put the story across to the readers, in an effective way. The protagonist Rajiv was happily married to Saumya. His niece Sneha loves to hear his stories. By the way, they lived at the time when the transportation was done by self-driven cars, teleporting machines. This is when he along with his team lead Sriram gets kidnapped. Who kidnapped them? For what reason were they kidnapped? Were they kidnapped for a ransom? Sheshan was running a covert facility. He was int...
